By accessing wavefluxon.digital, enrolling in programs operated by WaveFluxon Institute, or downloading resources we provide, you agree to these Terms of Use and to any policies linked here. If you disagree, please discontinue use and contact us to close any open requests.

Learners must provide accurate registration details, follow campus safety rules when attending in-person sessions in Gyeongsan-si, and treat staff, peers, and partners respectfully. We may remove participants who interfere with others' learning or who misuse shared equipment.

Curriculum materials, brand assets, and sample code remain the property of WaveFluxon Institute or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal learning and portfolio work during and after the program, except where a partner agreement states otherwise. Redistribution, resale, or recording for public broadcast requires written permission.

Training describes industry practices and tools; we do not warrant job offers, certification outcomes, or error-free code. To the maximum extent allowed under the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions ( Republic of Korea ) and other applicable law, WaveFluxon Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or program participation. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that courts located in the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

Please contact us first to resolve concerns informally. Where permitted, we will consider mediation through recognized consumer dispute resolution channels in Korea before litigation. Nothing in this section limits rights you cannot waive by law.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment where applicable, or safety issues. You may stop using the services at any time. Clauses that should survive (including IP, limitations, and governing law) continue after termination.

We may update these terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. We will post the latest version on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date. Material changes to paid services will be communicated with reasonable notice when required by law.
