We may process identity and contact data, account credentials, education history you choose to share, billing references (processed by payment partners when applicable), technical data such as IP address and device type, communications you send us, and cookie data described in our Cookie Preferences.

We use data to deliver courses, respond to inquiries, improve our website, secure systems, comply with law, and—where you opt in—send relevant updates. Bases include contract necessity, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, legal obligations, and consent where required.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above, including statutory retention periods under Korean law. Learning records may be kept longer where necessary to evidence participation or resolve disputes, then deleted or anonymized.

We use trusted service providers for hosting, email delivery, and analytics (when enabled). Some providers may process data outside Korea; where required, we implement safeguards such as contractual clauses and assessments aligned with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

We do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about learners. Screening tools, if used, involve human review.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission or other competent authority.

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including access controls and encryption in transit where feasible. No method is 100% secure; please use strong passwords and protect your devices.

Our services target adults and professional learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental authority. If you believe we received such information, contact us for deletion.

We may update this Data Protection notice to reflect operational or legal changes. Review this page periodically; significant updates will be highlighted when appropriate.
