About
The WaveFluxon collective behind each cohort brief.
Why we anchor in Gyeongsan, not a feed algorithm
WaveFluxon Institute started as a late-night meetup in Gyeongsan where mobile leads traded incident stories after the last KTX home. The group wanted more than screen shares—they wanted room to break builds together, then walk the same street to debrief over coffee.
We invest in blended delivery because evening-only streams left too many career changers without a bench to touch. The campus on Yongjeonri is open for lab weeks, while remote paths keep mentor office hours in familiar time zones for teams across the peninsula.
Our promise is process transparency: you see the rubric, the limitation disclosures, and the exact mentor notes we attach to your repository. We do not sell guaranteed outcomes; we document the work so you can explain it in your next room.
Document the seam
We teach you to label integration risks the way platform teams expect in postmortems.
Mentor like a peer reviewer
Feedback references file paths, not vibes—mirroring professional pull request culture.
State limits plainly
Every syllabus publishes what stays outside scope so learners plan complementary learning.
Keep KR rhythms humane
Schedules respect evening commuters and weekend caregivers common across our cohorts.
